Mercer Capital seeks talented individuals who want to develop a meaningful career in finance at an established and growing firm for our eight-week summer internship program.

The Mercer Capital summer internship program provides you with exposure to the valuation of business and securities for the purposes of financial reporting, dispute resolution, employee stock ownership plans, and estate planning, among other things. This position provides a unique opportunity to further your professional development while still in college by working with talented and committed senior professionals. Mercer Capital uses the internship program as a component of the full-time financial analyst recruiting process. The internship provides an opportunity for candidates to become familiar with Mercer Capital and demonstrate the skills and characteristics Mercer Capital seeks in full-time financial analyst hires.

The creative, intellectual, and entrepreneurial environment at Mercer Capital rewards smart, talented, inquisitive, and self-motivated individuals who are looking for a challenge.

Responsibilities of the Position

Interns will also have responsibilities and training similar to that of new, full-time analysts, including support of client valuation engagements, company analysis, financial performance analysis, report drafting and other activities.

  • Juniors pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (GPA of 3.5 or higher).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
