The Mercer Capital summer internship program provides interns with exposure to the valuation of business and securities for the purposes of financial reporting, dispute resolution, employee stock ownership plans, and estate planning, among other things. Duties primarily include industry research and internal development projects, such as identifying target industries, evaluating industry opportunities, and developing platforms from which to build expertise. Interns will also have responsibilities and training similar to that of new, full-time analysts, including support of client valuation engagements, company analysis, financial performance analysis, report drafting and other activities.

Mercer Capital uses the internship program as a component of the full-time financial analyst recruiting process. The internship provides an opportunity for candidates to become familiar with Mercer Capital and demonstrate the skills and characteristics Mercer Capital seeks in full-time financial analyst hires.

The creative, intellectual, and entrepreneurial environment at Mercer Capital rewards smart, talented, inquisitive, and self-motivated individuals who are looking for a challenge.
