Jack brings several years of business valuation experience from KPMG LLP’s New York office, where he most recently served as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Business Valuation practice. During his time at KPMG, Jack was a key contributor on client engagements involving publicly traded and privately held companies for financial reporting, tax, and strategic planning purposes. His experience includes private equity portfolio valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and complex enterprise valuation analyses.Jack earned his Master of Accountancy with a specialization in Valuation from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South, where he graduated cum laude.
