Mercer Capital, a national business valuation and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce that David LaMonte, CFA has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a Vice President. The firm also has offices in Houston, Memphis, and Nashville.
David has over 12 years of business valuation experience. He provides valuations in support of financial reporting requirements, and consulting and other transaction advisory services.
He has significant expertise in valuations related to acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, physician groups, home health and hospice agencies, diagnostic imaging centers, radiation therapy centers, and several other ancillary healthcare businesses.
He currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation through the CFA Institute and is a member of the Dallas Fort Worth CFA Society.
Prior to joining Mercer Capital, David was a Director at VMG Health., a healthcare-focused financial firm based in Dallas, Texas.
