Mercer Capital’s Atticus L. Frank, CFA, ABV to present at the upcoming FICPA Mega 2023 Conference on Friday, June 16, 2023, in Orlando, Florida.
Frank’s session is titled “Who Will Watch the Watchmen? Best Practices Reviewing a Business Appraisal.” In his presentation, he will describe what to do when a business valuation comes across your desk. He’ll answer questions like, Where do you start in your review process? What should you be looking for? What are the most common snags? What’s your liability and exposure? This session will help professionals, both inside and outside the valuation space, understand why valuation review is important, the background needed to be effective in review, and how to approach an appraisal review.
