Z. Christopher Mercer, FASA, CFA, ABAR is participating in the Valuation Product and Services (VPS) StraightTalk webinar panel, “Ask the Experts,” with host Jim Hitchner, CPA/ABV/CFF, ASA, and Michelle Gallagher, CPA/ABV/CFF on March 1, 2022.
These three experts will take on questions regarding business valuation topics, including the cost of capital, DLOMs, S corps, transaction databases, and reports.
Jim Hitchner is Managing Director of Financial Valuation Advisors and is President of The Financial Consulting Group. He is also CEO of Valuation Products and Services. He is also Editor in Chief of Financial Valuation and Litigation Expert, a bimonthly journal that presents views and tools from some of the leading experts in valuation, forensics/fraud and litigation services.
Michelle Gallagher, Strategic Partner of Adamy Valuation, is a nationally-recognized business valuation and forensic accounting expert. In addition to serving clients with valuation and forensic accounting needs for tax and other matters, she leads Adamy Valuation’s family law practice.
Chris Mercer is the Founder and Chairman of Mercer Capital. He began his valuation career in the late 1970s. He has prepared, overseen, or contributed to hundreds of valuations for purposes related to tax, ESOPs, buy-sell agreements, and litigation, among others. In addition, he has served on the boards of directors of several private companies and one public company. Chris is a prolific author on valuation-related topics and a frequent speaker on business valuation issues for national professional associations and other business and professional groups.
