Mercer Capital, a national business valuation and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Huxley Maury has joined the firm as the Vice President of Human Resources. While she’ll be based in the Memphis office, she will also oversee human resources at our other offices in Houston, Dallas, and Nashville.
In her role, she designs and oversees staff growth, development, and HR programs and initiatives. In addition, she manages compensation and benefits administration, candidate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, professional development and performance management, and compliance and general HR administration.
Huxley comes to the team with over fifteen years of experience in developing and executing HR strategies to support business objectives.
