Mercer Capital’s Timothy R. Lee, ASA, and Censeo Advisors’ Adrian R. Loud, CPA, ABV, CFF, CVA, ASA, to present a session on “2022 Valuation Hot Topics & Issues” at the ESOP Association Fall 2022 Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 10, 2022.
This hybrid session will cover a wide range of challenging ESOP valuation topics and concerns such as market environments, national and global economics, geopolitics, and remaining pandemic ramifications that affect ESOP valuations.
Lee and Loud will provide an overview of valuation issues that permeate the thinking of business appraisers, trustees, and regular bodies, and identify prevailing issues and treatments in ESOP valuations, key valuation hot topics, and an effective plan for valuation review and feedback.
Tim is the Managing Director of Corporate Valuation Services and a board member at Mercer Capital. He has over 28 years of experience in valuation and corporate advisory services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, ESOPs, trust & estate matters, buy-sell matters, dispute resolution, and corporate planning.
Tim has been a member of ASA for 25 years and an active volunteer and committee member within ASA and The ESOP Association. He has served on The ESOP Association’s Valuation Advisory Committee for ten years. In addition, he is a frequent speaker and contributing author to numerous valuation-related publications.
