Nick is a managing director with Mercer Capital and leads the firm’s Transaction Advisory Group. He has extensive experience in providing valuation and corporate advisory services for purposes including estate and gift tax planning and compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, solvency opinions, employee stock ownership plans, buy-sell agreements, and corporate planning and reorganizations.
Thomas is a senior financial analyst with Mercer Capital and a member of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Group. He has valuation experience in engagements related to corporate planning and reorganizations, financial reporting, fairness opinions, litigation support, employee stock ownership plans, and estate and gift tax planning and compliance matters.
