Mercer Capital welcomes Mr. Vincent Baumer, Mr. Sebastian Elzein, Mr.Thomas Kasierski, and Mr. Zac Lange, CPA to our team as Financial Analysts.
Mr. Baumer, Mr. Kasierski, and Mr. Lange join our Memphis office. Mr. Baumer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rhodes College in Memphis. Mr. Kasierski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Elzein, who has joined our Dallas office, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In their capacity as financial analysts, the three will provide business valuation and financial consulting services to public and private companies and financial institutions across the nation.
Mr. Lange has joined our Litigation Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce and Business along with a Master of Science in Accounting from Rhodes College in Memphis. He also holds the CPA credential. Mr. Lange will provide valuation and forensics services for family law, gift & estate planning, commercial litigation, transactions (M&A), and further matters related to privately held businesses, dissenting shareholders, intellectual property, personal goodwill, etc.
