Sujan Rajbhandary, CFA, ABV and Daniel P. McLeod, CFA are attending the 2023 Alabama Federal & State Tax Institute in Birmingham, Alabama, held on November 15, 2023 – November 17, 2023.
Sujan has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries and for purposes including gift and estate tax valuation, litigation support, corporate valuation, ESOPs, and financial reporting. He also assists estate planning attorneys throughout the nation in federal and state gift and estate tax valuation matters. Sujan is a senior member of Mercer Capital’s Financial Reporting Valuation Group, which provides fair value opinions and related advisory services to public companies, private companies, and alternative investment vehicles. Sujan has valued financial assets and liabilities for litigation support, tax compliance, ESOP compliance, and shareholder transactions.
Daniel provides valuation analyses for family law, commercial litigation, gift and estate tax planning, transactions (M&A), fairness and solvency opinions, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), among other valuation-related service needs of privately held businesses.
