Scott A. Womack, ASA, MAFF, Senior Vice President of Mercer Capital, will present at the 19th Annual Networking and Educational Forum hosted by the International Association of Collaborative Professionals in Seattle, WA (October 27, 2018). Scott is co-presenting with Cheryl C. Panther, CPA/PFS, ADFA/CDFA (Panther Financial Planning).
His session, “Creativity in Financial Elements of a Collaborative Divorce,” is described below.
Financial creativity is not just for financial professionals. We will highlight actual case examples of how to strategically and efficiently use outside professionals and unique ways to utilize financial information. We’ll provide ideas that professionals from all disciplines can take back to their local practice groups.
Scott concentrates his practice in family law litigation (traditional litigated divorce and collaborative divorce) and valuation matters involving a variety of industries. He assists estate planning attorneys in federal and state valuation matters, family law attorneys in divorce matters (including business valuation, forensic accounting, division of marital estate, etc.), and small business owners involving the potential sale of their businesses. Additionally, Scott is a presenter of various valuation and family law topics to attorneys, accountants, and business professionals for the purpose of educating the public.
