Following his 2020 contribution of Chapter 2 regarding “Control in ESOP Valuations” to the National Center for Employee Ownership’s publication The Fiduciary’s Guide to ESOP Valuation, Tim, in his capacity as a member of The ESOP Association’s Valuation Advisory Committee, co-authored an article in TEA’s March 2021 ESOP Report newsletter and is a primary contributing author to TEA’s newly released Issue Brief #24 “The Value of Control in ESOP Transactions & Plan Year Valuations.” These writings are available directly from NCEO and The ESOP Association.
