Benjamin Lomo is a member of the firm’s litigation team, and provides valuation analyses for family law, commercial litigation, gift and estate tax planning, transactions (M&A), fairness and solvency opinions, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), among other valuation-related service needs of privately held businesses. As a member, he contributes to the monthly Family Law and Valuation Insights newsletter.
Davis Rolfe is a member of the Transaction Advisory and Restructuring service group and has valuation experience in engagements related to corporate planning and reorganizations, financial reporting, fairness opinions, litigation support, employee stock ownership plans, and estate and gift tax planning and compliance matters. As a member, he contributes to the quarterly Middle Market Transaction Update. Davis is also a member of the Medical Device and Medical Technology industry team and contributes to the quarterly newsletter Value Focus: Medtech & Device Industry.
