Mercer Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas C. Insalaco, CFA, ASA to our team as a Senior Vice President in the Winter Park, Florida office.
Tom brings over 15 years of experience in valuing businesses across various industries for multiple purposes. He specializes in valuation consulting for estate and exit planning, particularly for construction, consumer discretionary, and transportation companies, as well as for alternative asset managers. His valuation analyses have supported stakeholders in private companies, attorneys, accountants, and other fiduciaries. Tom began his career within the equity research division of a global investment bank.

Tom holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
Before joining Mercer Capital, Tom served as a Vice President at Management Planning, Inc. and worked in the valuation practices of Marcum and Freed Maxick.
