Mercer Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. J. Taliaferro M. Oates to our professional staff as a Financial Analyst.
Oates is a graduate of The University of Mississippi, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance and Marketing Communications, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. Prior to receiving his MBA, Oates spent approximately five years in the Navy as an officer attached to a fighter squadron based in Atsugi, Japan.
In his capacity as a Financial Analyst at Mercer Capital, Oates will provide business valuation and financial consulting services to public and private companies and financial institutions across the nation.
