Corporate valuation engagements include employee stock compensation, buy-sell agreements, and gift and estate tax valuations, among others.

Scott’s litigation support practice focuses primarily on family law. Engagements consist of traditional litigated divorce matters as well as collaborative divorce.

He is a member and serves on the board of the Middle Tennessee Collaborative Alliance (MTCA) and is trained as a Financial Neutral.

“We are excited to have Scott join us to strengthen our core valuation team and help broaden our litigation support suite of services,” commented Matt Crow, Mercer Capital’s president. “Scott brings a depth of experience to Mercer Capital. Notably, Scott has testified in numerous jurisdictions in family law matters. He has also testified in Tax Court. Scott has also been involved in the development of collaborative divorce in Nashville. A similar effort is growing in other markets and Scott is at the forefront of that effort.”

Womack said, “I was initially interested in Mercer Capital because of their strong reputation and national footprint. Once I met the people, I knew it was the right decision. Mercer Capital is one of the most respected business valuation and financial advisory firms in the nation. Their work and people are highly regarded. I’m happy to be part of the team.”
