Harrison Holt is a senior financial analyst with Mercer Capital. Harrison has valuation experience in engagements related to corporate planning and reorganizations, financial reporting, fairness opinions, employee stock ownership plans, and estate and gift tax planning and compliance matters.
He also has experience providing litigation support in areas such as marital dissolution, economic damages, shareholder disputes, and general litigation. This includes experience in a wide range of industries. In this capacity, he has contributed to the firm’s Family Law Valuation and Forensic Insights newsletter.
Harrison is a member of Mercer Capital’s Gift, Estate, and Income Tax Valuation Services Group and also contributes content to the newsletter Value Matters®.
In addition, he is a member of Mercer Capital’s Auto Dealership Industry team. As a part of the team, he regularly provides content for Mercer Capital’s weekly blog, Auto Dealer Valuation Insights, as well as the team’s newsletter.
