The work consists of contributing to projects offering valuation analysis and transaction advisory services for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, dispute resolution, equity compensation, and trust and estate planning. Analysts will also gain exposure in investment banking services related to transactions, capital raising, and other corporate restructuring projects. Analysts are directly involved in research, financial modeling and analysis, report writing, client communication, travel, internal systems development, and practice development. The financial analyst position is both communication and analytically intensive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (GPA of 3.5 or higher).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
  • Outstanding writing, quantitative, and communication skills are required. The position is both writing and spreadsheet intensive.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S., without employer sponsorship, at the time of hire and in the future.
