Continued Growth at Mercer Capital

Mercer Capital is pleased to announce that Nicholas J. Heinz, ASA and Bryce Erickson, ASA, MRICS have been named Managing Directors of the firm and Bryce has also been elected to the firm’s Board of Directors. In addition, Lisa L. Doble, JD has been named Chief Administrative Officer and Barbara Walters Price has been named Chief Marketing Officer.

Nick Heinz leads Mercer Capital’s Transaction Advisory Group. Over his career, Nick has provided transaction-related consulting services to numerous clients on both the sell-side and buy-side of transactions. Such consulting has included the delivery of transaction opinions, such as fairness opinions and solvency opinions, and strategic advisory related to transaction pricing and execution. In addition, he has extensive experience in providing valuation and corporate advisory services for clients throughout the nation. Nick also serves as co-trustee of the firm’s employee stock ownership plan.

Bryce Erickson leads Mercer Capital’s Oil and Gas Industry Group. He has been involved with hundreds of valuation and related engagements since his entry into the valuation profession in 1998. These engagements have been conducted for mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, buy-sell agreements, financial reporting, estate and gift taxes, purchase price allocation, litigation support, financing, and business planning.

Lisa Doble is Mercer Capital’s Chief Administrative Officer and co-trustee of the firm’s employee stock ownership plan. Lisa joined Mercer Capital as a financial analyst, gaining experience in all aspects of the valuation process. As Chief Administrative Officer, Lisa facilitates all administrative operations within the firm, including finance, compliance, and legal matters. In addition, Lisa serves as the firm’s internal corporate counsel.

Barbara Walters Price serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Mercer Capital and is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Her career began with Mercer Capital. During her tenure, the firm has grown from two people (herself and the owner) to one of the most respected firms in the business valuation profession. She is responsible for the firm’s marketing strategy and overseeing all its marketing functions.
