Mercer Capital’s founder and CEO, Chris Mercer is a featured speaker at the UBS Private Business Symposium on April 6, 2018. The conference is sponsored by Wilfong Meyer Wealth Management Group (UBS Financial Services, Inc.).
Mercer, along with John A. Bobango (Attorney, Farris Bobango, PLC) and John F. Herubin (Managing Director, JDA, CPA, Edge Point) will participate on the panel discussion, “Answers to Business Owner’s Most Important Questions.”

Chris began his valuation career in the late 1970s. He has prepared, overseen, or contributed to hundreds of valuations for purposes related to tax, ESOPs, buy-sell agreements, and litigation, among others. In addition, he has served on the boards of directors of several private companies and one public company. He enjoys working with business owners to address ownership transition issues.
