As an analyst, you will gain a broad range of corporate finance experience in providing a variety of financial advisory services. Mercer Capital provides valuations of businesses and financial securities for the purposes of financial reporting, employee stock ownership plans, tax planning, transaction consulting, and litigation support. Analyst responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, report writing, client communication, and staff development. The financial analyst position is both writing and spreadsheets intensive.

Candidates must have a background with significant college-level or higher coursework and experience in economics, mathematics, finance, and/or accounting.  Outstanding writing, quantitative, and communication skills are required. Academic excellence and aptitude are measures of success for the position and we require a 3.5 or higher overall GPA.  1-5 years of experience in corporate finance or related field required. Candidates who have made progress toward or attained the CFA, CPA, ASA, ABV, or other professional designations will receive preference.
