Mercer Capital is pleased to announce the promotions of Jack Carter, CPA, ABV, Zac L. Lange, CPA, ABV, and J. Davis Rolfe, Jr., CPA, ABV to Vice President.
Jack Carter serves on Mercer Capital’s Financial Institutions service group and works with banks, asset managers, insurance companies, broker-dealers, and financial technology companies. Prior to joining Mercer Capital, Jack was a Business Valuation Senior Associate at KPMG, LLP. He earned an M.A. in Accounting from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of the South.
Zac Lange serves on Mercer Capital’s Family Business Advisory Services Group and Litigation Group. Prior to joining Mercer Capital, Zac was a Senior Audit Associate at Ernst & Young. He earned an M.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Commerce and Business from Rhodes College.
Davis Rolfe serves on Mercer Capital’s Transaction Advisory & Restructuring service group and the Medical Device/Medical Technology industry team. Prior to joining the firm, Davis was an Audit Manager at HCA Healthcare in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned an M.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mississippi.
Each professional has experience in a broad range of valuation engagements, including bank valuations, franchise valuations, transaction consulting, litigation support, corporate planning and reorganizations, financial reporting, fairness opinions, employee stock ownership plans, and estate and gift tax planning and compliance matters.
