Mercer Capital is pleased to announce the promotions of John W. Farris and P. Brown Myers to Senior Financial Analyst.
Both John and Brown joined Mercer Capital on July 11, 2023, and have contributed to the firm’s work across a range of valuation and advisory engagements.
John serves on Mercer Capital’s Transaction Advisory & ESOP service group and the Agribusiness industry team and earned a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama in 2023.
Brown serves on the Financial Institutions service group and the FinTech and Transportation industry teams. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Sewanee: The University Of The South in 2023.
Each professional has experience in a broad range of valuation engagements, including bank valuations, franchise valuations, transaction consulting, corporate planning and reorganizations, financial reporting, fairness opinions, employee stock ownership plans, and estate and gift tax planning and compliance matters.
