Tim Bronza is a Managing Director with Mercer Capital and a senior member of the firm’s Estate, Gift, and Income Tax Valuation Group. Tim has been involved in valuing business interests for over 25 years for a variety of purposes, including federal gift, estate and income taxation, strategic business planning, business transactions and litigation, dissenting shareholder actions, buy-sell agreements, shareholder redemptions and other purposes, with an emphasis on valuations prepared for corporate and federal tax transactions and pre-liquidity planning. Tim contributes to the firm’s Value Matters® newsletter. Prior to joining Mercer Capital, Tim was the President of Business Valuation Analysts. In September 2024, Business Valuation Analysts joined with Mercer Capital Management, Inc.

Matt Crow is CEO of Mercer Capital and leads the firm’s Investment Management Industry Team.  He has been with the firm for nearly thirty years. The investment management industry team provides valuation and corporate finance services to RIAs, independent trust companies, broker-dealers, and investment consulting firms.  These services support corporate planning and strategy, compensation structure, transactions, qualified plans, tax planning and compliance, and dispute resolution.  Matt publishes research related to the industry and is a regular contributor to Mercer Capital’s weekly blog, RIA Valuation Insights

Travis Harms is the President of Mercer Capital and leads the Family Business Advisory Services Group. His practice focuses on providing financial education, valuation, and other strategic financial consulting to multi-generation family businesses. The Family Business Advisory Services Group helps family shareholders, boards, and management teams align their perspectives on the financial realities, needs, and opportunities of the business. Additionally, Travis is a regular contributor to Mercer Capital’s blog, Family Business Director.
